Weddings

Weddings are conducted at Trinity using either the Church of England, Methodist or United Reformed Church service. Although Trinity lacks the trappings of a "traditional church" it is a light, colourful and surprisingly intimate worship space which provides a delightful setting for these special services. (See our pictures page)

In addition if you live in Lower Earley and would like an Anglican service you are allowed to have your wedding at St Peter's on Church Road. (parish office tel. 966 8575). The marriage preparation and the service would be conducted by the minister from Trinity, or the Vicar of St Nicolas', Sutcliffe Avenue, depending on which parish you live in.

It is possible for people who have been married before and who's former partner is still alive to be married at Trinity, but it depends on the individual circumstances. These need to be talked through with the  minister as early as possible.

We run a three evening Marriage Preparation Course in conjunction with other local churches, which we encourage couples to attend. Ministers also meet individually with each couple to plan the service. There is a rehearsal in the week before the wedding.

For more information and to make provisional bookings please visit the church office between 9.30 and 11am on any Saturday morning, or email one of our ministers

You can also see details of our parish on our Parish page.
